1) I want to specify a Crest shower. What do I do?

Select the shower size you require from Products section and download the applicable Dimension Sheet. Include this with your project specifications to ensure builders and trades people are aware of set up requirements.
2) Can I install my Crest Shower?

Your Crest shower should be installed by qualified tradespeople or an approved Crest installer. While very simply to install, shower installation is a specialist trade and is best left to the professionals. Contact Crest for your local installer’s details.
3) Can Crest supply and install my shower?

Yes. Simply fill out all details on the Quote Request form and we’ll send you a quotation.
4) Can I purchase my Crest Shower from my merchant?

Yes, you can purchase your Crest shower from your local merchant. Crest can still supply pricing and handle your queries. When you are ready to purchase you can place your order with your merchant or with us and we’ll charge it to your preferred merchant account.
5) Is my Crest shower made of certified safety glass?

Yes. Your Crest shower system uses only safety glass toughened to the New Zealand standard ASNZS 2208.

All Panels have the New Zealand standard mark etched in, giving you piece of mind.
6) The size I require doesn’t fit into standard Crest sizings. Can you still do it?

Yes. We can do any size shower. Simply contact your local merchant or ring Crest Customer Service with the size’s you require.
7) How do I fit my Shower Shelf?
The Shower Shelf can be glue fixed or Bracket fixed. Bracket fixing involves simply screwing the supplied brackets to the wall. When glue fixing, use the supplied Stabilizer blocks to hold the shelf in the correct position, mask the glass and wall with masking tape, apply the glue to the back edges of the shelf and place in position on the blocks. Once shelf is pushed firmly against both surfaces, clean off excess glue with the supplied spatula and then leave for 48 hours to cure before removing tape. Click here to view images.


8) I want to put a Crest shower in my bathroom.
What do I need to do?

Choose the shower size that best suits your requirements from the Products section and download the applicable Dimension Sheet. Your builder will use this sheet to ensure your plumbing is positioned right and that the tiles are laid correctly.

Prior to your tiles being laid, contact your local Crest shower installer to arrange the installation.

9) Is my Crest shower installed prior to tiling or after
the tiles are laid?

Generally the tiles are laid to the Dimention Sheet, left for 2 days then the Crest shower is installed. Should you prefer the shower to be installed first and then tiled up to, please specify at time of ordering.
10) What does my Crest shower package include?
Your Crest shower is supplied with a very comprehensive parts box which includes:
 
• 10mm safety glass panels
• hinges and handle
• wall/floor channels
• Poly Vinyl door seal
• glue
• stainless steel screws
• drill bits x 2
• door wedges
• glue spatula
• door packers
• masking tape
• setting blocks
 
Note: Contents of parts box depends on shower style.

11) Can my crest shower be delivered to my merchant?

Yes, your Crest shower will be delivered freight free to your merchant.
12) How long is my Crest shower warranted for?

Your Crest shower is supplied with a comprehensive 10 year warranty covering your complete shower purchase.
13) How do I keep my Crest shower clean?

Simply use your free Crest Shower Squeegee after each use to quickly wipe the glass clean after each time and your shower will stay sparkling for years to come.
